Welcome to the official overflow hotel reservation site for the 2026 INTA Annual Meeting, being held in May 2026, London—Europe’s powerhouse of innovation, finance, and legal excellence—hosting over 10,000 IP professionals, business leaders, policymakers, visionaries, and solution providers from more than 100 jurisdictions. 

INTA has secured a wide range of hotel options at preferred discounted rates throughout the city, however not enough rooms are contracted for every single attendee.  This site is meant to offer excellent hotel options in London as an alternative to the official event hotel blocks.  We encourage you to first search the many great options first through INTA’s primary housing page: https://www.inta.org/hotels-travel/.  You may reserve rooms on that site through the confirmation email you received when registering for the event.  Should you not find what you are looking for, we welcome you to use the booking portal below which offers additional excellent hotels in London suiting every budget and location preference.

Rooms reserved below will be direct with the hotels which offer varying rate options and policies, so please be sure to carefully read all rate and cancellation terms and conditions.  Options to “Pay Now” may not include resort fees/taxes which would require payment upon check-in at the hotel.  These fees are noted below to stay total cost.

Important Considerations:  On the map below you will find tabs for hotels closest to the Elizabeth Line, the fastest and most direct route to the ExCel Center (Custom House station).  The hotels at these stops are within 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station.
