Welcome to the official hotel reservation site for the 2025 INTA Leadership Meeting, an invitation-only event to deepen your involvement with the Association and participate in critical dialogues to help shape the future of the IP landscape.  Rooms at the host venue, the Diplomat Resort, are currently sold out, but we have alternative options for you to select from near the hotel within a short walk or drive of the venue.  Please use the map below to select an option and make your room reservation.  Note: A special rate of $199/night + tax/resort fee is available at the Doubletree Resort by Hilton Hollywood Beach which can only be booked by calling the hotel at (954) 454-4334 and requesting the INTA rate.

We offer competitive rates through our booking portal below.  Rooms reserved below will be direct with the hotels which offer varying rate options and policies, so please be sure to carefully read all rate and cancellation terms and conditions.  Options to “Pay Now” may not include resort fees/taxes which would require payment upon check-in at the hotel.  These fees are noted below to stay total cost.
