FHTglobal has been in the business of housing for meetings and events since 1997.  In other words, we have been doing this for quite a long time.  We have seen how the housing industry for events has changed over time and have always works to stay ahead of the trends, bringing our clients the best solutions for attendee housing at their events.  But we are about so much more:

  • THE ATS GROUP

    FHTglobal, together with our sister companies Brook Green DMC and ATS Travel, makes up the ATS Group. ATS supports international group travel for leisure, meetings, events and incentive programs through our offices in Miami, Monaco, London, Edinburgh & Dublin with support teams around the globe.

  • A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

    FHTglobal started out in 1997 as Far Horizons Tourism, working with international groups attending medical conventions in the USA. Since then, our company has grown to be the official international housing partner of some of the most prestigious medical association meetings as well as the largest housing companies in the industry.

There are traditional housing companies, there are strictly online housing services, and then there is us.  We provide the best of both worlds, mixing in a little of the old with a lot of the new, making for an experience guests will be happy to use!

OUR IDEAL CLIENTS

Our focus is simple – we are here to complement, not compete.  Our goal is to ensure that guests are being provided the best options and opportunities for booking hotels to our clients’ events.  We work with clients to find the best solutions given our platform and services that will be beneficial for their attendees but also make financial sense for them.  Here are a few of the types of events and organizations we look at as our key clientele:

  • EVENTS WITH NO HOUSING PROVIDER

    Events may choose to not work with traditional housing companies for a variety of reasons: programs are too small, they don't want to contract rooms, they don't have history to work off of. We alleviate all of those concerns with our service.

  • HOUSING IS A SECONDARY CONCERN

    Most citywide events are going to work with a major housing company, but there are so many more that would rather just focus on their event and let their guests concern themselves with the hotels. Our service is as minimally intrusive to the client as possible, so we take the time to make housing a concern without burdening them.

  • OVERFLOW/POST-CUTOFF SUPPORT

    Some clients may be willing to block some small blocks at certain hotels, but when the blocks only cover 20% of overall attendance, those 80% need a place to go. Our service is geared towards helping those stay within "official housing" without all of the risk.

  • RISK-AVERSE PROGRAMS

    And speaking of risk... one of the biggest fears planners have is that pesky "A" word (attrition!). When the season is in full swing and your hotels are packed, we can still get our group to stay without the need of attrition worries.

    Beautiful layout, awesome maps, tons of pictures, lots of details, and cool 3D icons. It doesn't get nicer! The user experience is so friendly and thorough, even your least tech-savvy friend will become an absolute travel genius.

    So many customizable features, your head will spin. Distance from a venue, hotel ratings, event dates, nightly rate types, hotel features, amenities, limit which hotels you do and don't want to offer, and so much more!

  • BEST AVAILABLE RATES

    Our partners have the system connected directly with hotels and top OTAs to provide users with the absolute best available rates as well as special discounted rates that others may not have.

  • SUPER EASY INTEGRATION

    What would you say to contracted blocks without the need for anyone to pull in any rooming lists or upload data into your system? Or just send us your group booking link and our team will integrate it into our system while simultaneously updating yours? Or how about you just provide us with a discount code and we integrate that into your listing based on your parameters? Our partners can make it all happen.

What good is a service like ours if we cannot help market the amazing partner properties that are giving us amazing rates?  We have lots of tools to help ensure that guests are able to find the best options for them… and we are sure that you think that option is of course your property!

  • CUSTOMIZED EVENT URLs

    Not gonna lie, but we think our URL is pretty genius. All attendees need to do is go to "reserveyourhotel.at/eventname” and they take it from there!

  • TOP LEVEL PROMOTION

    Listings on the site can be set by a variety of parameters, but none more important than "Featured" hotels. We can easily promote your property towards the top of the page showing the great discount guests can have by staying at your hotel vs. others.

  • CUSTOM PACKAGES

    Interested in creating a special package for guests of the event? Want to provide a room with breakfast, happy hour cocktail, and access to exclusive amenities? You build it, we display it and promote it! It would be as though they booked it directly on your site!

  • THE EVENT IS IN CONTROL

    One of the key aspects of our platform is the ability to also limit what properties are shown. While our platform can find best available rates at nearly all properties, the clients may be interested in only showcasing those that want to provide their attendees the best rates possible!

DETAILED REPORTS

While so many may have done everything possible to avoid taking statistics in school, the fact of the matter is, data is king.  And our system is able to provide data unlike anything you have seen.  Clients have real-time access to a wide variety of reports to show how room blocks are picking up and what, if any, changes need to be made.

  • DETAILED REPORTS

    When we say detailed, we mean it (of course within reason). Our reporting shows not just how contracted blocks do, but everywhere attendees are booking as long as it's through our site. Whether 1 room or 100 at a hotel, clients know where guests stayed, for how long and what they paid. No better way to show the economic impact an event has on the local community!

  • GOODBYE AUDITS!

    Everyone who books through our platform, whether through contracted blocks at your hotel or through direct sell rates, are reported in our system and we know exactly who stayed at your property for our programs. No more guessing or comparing lists of attendees. If they book with us, the credit is there!

  • NOT BEING COMPETITIVE? WE WILL KNOW!

    Our platform provides attendees access to not just your hotel, but all of the neighboring properties. We have up-to-date information on who is booking where and at what rate and know if a hotel is missing out. We can gladly give you that heads up as to how your hotel is comparing to the general options!

  • PICKUP REPORTS GALORE
